Welcome to Film Fan Fridays for Friday August 20, 2010!

In limited release this week we have The Infidel, coined as an irreverent comedy that celebrates religious diversity along with limited location (inside a tank) experience of Lebanon and the latest 'of the Dead' zombie film with George A. Romero's Survival of the Dead.

In wide release this week we have Lottery Ticket starring Bow Wow as a lottery ticket holder in the projects, Nanny McPhee Returns where Emma Thompson reprise her role as a non-nonsense and magical nanny when urban and rural kids collide, Piranha 3-D a remake of the 1978 film Piranha, this time... in 3-D and starring Elisabeth Shue, Christopher Lloyd, Ving Rhames, Richard Dreyfuss and Jerry O'Connell. Last up for wide releases is the latest of the artificial insemination romantic comedies subgenre, The Switch starring Jennifer Aniston (Love Happens) and Jason Bateman (Hancock) as the non-couple/not knowing/inadvertent parents whom after many years meet again.
