I always look forward to seeing the results of the Alliance of Women Film Journalists EDA Awards, and the winners for 2009 have been announced. They have great categories like "Actress Defying Age and Ageism" and "Bravest Performance" and I particularly find it interesting that they point out the "Most Egregious Age Difference Between The Leading Man and The Love Interest". That one is craziness. Lots of love for The Hurt Locker this year, not surprize there and it's well deserved.
