Countdown to Eclipse in Pictures Day 2: Cullen Couples

Now we are officially less than a week away from when The Twilight Saga: Eclipse hits regular theatres. How exciting! Also, the World Premiere is tonight and there is red carpet coverage and going to be streamed in several places including MTV, E!Online, MySpace with a huge list of guests that you can check out here at His Golden Eyes.

But that's not going to be happening for a few hours and we're a while from the film, I've prepared another visual treat for you - a visual history of each of the Cullen couples through the first three films.

This set is my favourite of the three. I always want more Emmett & Rosalie in the films and I think that Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz do such a great job as this Cullen couple in the films. I particularly love Kellan's deliver as Emmett - it is always so spot-on that it makes for great moments in the films.

Amazing similarities in Esme's shirt in Twilight & New Moon, eh? She really likes purple. Wild. The Twilight image of Carlisle & Esme totally looks like it could be from Eclipse. I actually am loving the fact at how similar the colour stories are from Twilight & Eclipse. Can you spot the out of character Rosalie smile in the New Moon pic? I wonder what she is looking at.

Okay, so I had to cheat a bit with the New Moon on here as they are Jasper & Alice are obviously off to the left, but that was the best option. Looking at this set I'm struck by the fact at how consistent Jasper's hair looks - it feels so different in each of the films .. but the pictures don't like! But I do love the colours in the Eclipse images, love them.
